LAKE RESIDENT PAYMENT NOTICE

A coupon payment book that matches your previous payment schedule is mailed in December, unless you have chosen to pay directly through your bank — in that case, a coupon book is not sent. If you would like one for your records, please contact the Sewage Authority office 

No monthly invoices will be mailed. 

Payment due date: 15th of each month. Online payments are welcomed on our website.

Late fee: $10.00 per month until the account is current. Late fees begin the month after a missed payment and continue monthly until paid. 

Discounts apply only if payment is received by the discount date (January 15th for annual; January 15th and July 15th for biannual). To receive discount, ensure payment is posted by the discount date.

To change your schedule to Annual, Biannual, or Monthly, call the office to request the change.

Should legal action be required in connection with your account / sewage services, all related costs and fees shall be your sole responsibility and shall be payable by you.

– Amount per payment: $258.00
– Discount: $8.00 if paid by January 15th and July 15th

– Amount: $43.00
– Due by the 15th of each month
